Residential

Whether you’re replacing kitchen cabinets or gutting your first floor, Reclaim and Renew can assist in the deconstruction of building materials for an hourly rate that includes removing the items.

Commercial

Commercial projects are inherently larger in scale; therefore, Reclaim & Renew functions by helping items find homes for a percentage of the landfill savings (half paid up front to cover cold calls, half paid upon job completion). Reclaim & Renew does not help store materials or load materials, rather connect contractors to buyers or other supply chains.

  • Reclaim & Renew does not physically remove materials; however, we do connect interested parties with our clients in order to see usable materials returned into the economy. We will be present for all interactions between parties we connect with our clients.

  • Reclaim & Renew aims to eliminate as many usable products from your site in a timely fashion. Certain exceptions do apply based on content at each site and ability to connect with interested parties, facilities.

  • Upon signing of contract, our team gets paid with half of the fee up front and half upon completion of project. If a project is not satisfied to its agreed upon contract, our team will renegotiate based on accomplished work.
