After a volunteer opportunity deconstructing an old diner demonstrated large local impact, the idea that would become Reclaim & Renew was born.

Finally formed in 2025, Reclaim & Renew seeks to turn waste into profit, creating beneficial impact to the Central New York region and beyond.

Reclaim & Renew works with contractors, small businesses, non-profits, and homeowners to ensure that usable materials normally discarded during renovations, demolitions, or constructions are instead circulated back into local supply chains and the community; this creates what founder Dominic Gambaiani likes to call a win-win-win: a win for your pocketbook, a win for your community, and a win for the planet.
